About School of Liberal Arts
The philosophy liberal arts promotes is that education is a lifelong pursuit, where versatility is primary. It fosters innovation through interdisciplinary approaches, critical thinking, and experiential learning. It
emphasizes core values like ethical development, civic engagement, and effective communication to prepare students for a dynamic world. Cultural competence is cultivated through courses exposing students to diverse perspectives, fostering a global awareness that helps them become informed global citizens.

B.Sc. Psychology (Hons.)
The major goal of the programme as a part of liberal arts education is to provide the students with a basic knowledge of the human mind and its functioning. Also, it focuses on developing multiple skills sets which are application oriented and bring the study of mind under experimental scrutiny.

The major goal of the programme as a part of liberal arts education is to develop strong analytical skills and a solid foundation in the discipline of English. The course is designed to provide the students with a basic knowledge of the study of literary forms and genres and theories of textual analysis.

The M.Sc. in Psychology at XIM University is a rigorous two-year, full-time program designed to foster advanced expertise in the field of psychology. This program prepares students for professional roles in various psychological settings, therapeutic, clinical, and research, emphasising ethical practice and evidence-based approaches.

Rooted in both classical and contemporary traditions of literary inquiry.

The major goal of the programme as a part of liberal arts education is to provide the students with a basic knowledge of the human mind and its functioning. The course strives to provide relevant inputs on theoretical and social aspects that involve the mind – the conscious, sub – conscious and the unconscious.

The major goal of the programme as a part of liberal arts education is to develop strong analytical skills and a solid foundation in the discipline of English. The course is designed to provide the students with a basic knowledge of the study of literary forms and genres and theories of textual analysis. The course builds capabilities around the artistry and utility of the English language for channelizing skills of creative writing as well as interpretive and aesthetic sensitivity. The course strives to develop critical faculties, necessary in an academic environment, on the job, and in a globalized world.

Campus Life
We offer six well-maintained hostels in our new campus equipped with wireless internet, air conditioning, cable, and comfortable furniture. Most hostels feature shared rooms, but we also offer single accommodation. Our old campus has seven hostels but also offers studio apartments for accommodation.
